Coat each pork chop in flour, shaking off excess.
Dip the floured pork chop into the beaten egg, ensuring it's fully coated.
Press the egg-coated pork chop into the pretzel crumb mixture, making sure it adheres well.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
Add the coated pork chops to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
