Drain excess liquid from farmer's cheese using a colander for a couple of hours until it has a dryer consistency.
Mash 500 grams of farmer's cheese with a fork until smooth.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, 2 egg yolks, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the cheese and mix well.
Gradually incorporate all-purpose flour until just combined, using as little flour as possible.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Heat coconut oil in a 12-inch cast iron skillet over low to medium heat until shimmering.
Pan-fry the patties for several minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve warm topped with fresh strawberries, raw honey, and cream fresh.
