2/3 package Spaghetti, dry (320g)
2 tsp Butter (20g)
1 piece Swiss Cheese (i.e. Gruyere) (about 70g)

Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.

Put olive oil in a small pan, heat and sauté briefly the chopped garlic and onion.

Add a tin of tomatoes and use a ladle to crush the tomatoes in the pan.

Bring the sauce to the boil, season with salt and pepper and continue cooking on a low heat until the spaghetti is done.

Bring a pan of water to the boil and salt with about 3 teaspoons of salt.

Boil spaghetti in salted water 'al dente' and pour off the boiling water.

Add butter and mix well until the butter is melted.

Put spaghetti on a plate, add tomato sauce on top, grate cheese on top and enjoy.
