Coconut cream is dairy-free and adds a unique flavor

Add 100 g butter and 200 g sugar into a mixing bowl.

Mix the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add 100 g Nutella into the butter and sugar mixture and mix for another minute.

Add 4 eggs one by one, whisking after each addition for a few minutes.

Add 0.5 teaspoons baking powder and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder to the mixture.

Mix in 200 g self-raising flour on speed one for about a minute.

Prepare an 8-inch round cake tin and pour the cake mixture into it.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35 to 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

Once baked, cut the cake to show how it looks.

Optionally, add more Nutella on each base or top with Nutella or chocolate icing.
