Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl; cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1-2 hours.
Punch down the dough and shape it into a round loaf; place on a baking sheet.
Cover the loaf and let it rise again for about 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brush the loaf with an egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds and raisins on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Drizzle with honey before serving.
