The dish has become a beloved staple in many countries, often adapted with chicken or other meats, and is celebrated for its crispy exterior and rich, savory filling.

Start with a sharp knife to butterfly the chicken breast.
Spread out the chicken breast to create a thin flat surface.
Cover with plastic wrap and pound until even and thin.
Season the chicken with Maggi magic syrup and black pepper.
Add a slice of chicken ham and Havarti cheese to the chicken.
Roll the chicken up tightly like a candy.
Chill the rolled chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the gravy by melting butter and adding all-purpose flour, cooking for about a minute.
Add minced garlic and mushrooms to the flour mixture.
Stir in a teaspoon of mustard and add water to dissolve everything.
Cook until the gravy thickens, then add half a cup of Nestle all-purpose cream and some grated cheese.
Season the gravy with salt and black pepper until desired consistency is reached.
Crack two eggs into a bowl and beat them, seasoning with salt.
Prepare a breading setup with seasoned flour, scrambled eggs, and breadcrumbs.
Coat the chilled chicken rolls in seasoned flour, then dip in egg wash, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil for deep frying until hot but not too hot to burn the crumbs.
Deep fry the chicken cordon bleu, moving it around to cook evenly.
Check for doneness by looking for cheese oozing out of the chicken.
Once cooked, let the chicken cool slightly before slicing to allow the cheese to set.
Slice and arrange the chicken cordon bleu on a serving dish.
