Flatten chicken breasts to about an eighth inch thickness using a meat mallet.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese inside each flattened chicken breast.
Roll the chicken breast over the filling, tucking in the sides to keep the cheese inside.
Secure the rolled chicken with three toothpicks: one on each end and one along the long edge.
Heat 1/4 cup of olive oil in a skillet.
Mix 35 grams of flour, 60 grams of Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of ground sage, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper in a bowl.
Coat each stuffed chicken breast in the flour mixture.
Brown the chicken breasts in the skillet for a couple of minutes on each side until lightly browned.
Transfer the browned chicken to a slow cooker.
Pour 120 mL of cream of chicken soup over the chicken in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
