1 pound of beef cut into small strips
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 cloves of garlic
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
4 Tbsp oil of your choice
3 large tomatoes
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in three tablespoons of water

Mix the beef with the marinade of lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper, and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Slice the tomatoes and peppers and mix together in a large bowl. Set aside.

Slice the onions and add to a large frying pan with 2 tablespoons of the oil. Cook until clear.

Add the tomatoes and peppers and cook until the tomatoes are soft. Do not dry out.

Remove the marinated beef from the refrigerator and cook in the other two tablespoons of oil.

Once the beef is done, add the bouillon cube mixed in water.

Add the vegetables to the beef mixture and cover. Simmer just a few minutes to meld the flavors.
