Tenderize the beef steak by beating it.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the steak.

Add 1 teaspoon of ground pepper to the steak.

Crush 3 cloves of garlic and add to the steak.

Add lime juice to the steak.

Heat peanut oil in a skillet over high temperature.

Cook the steak without turning it for a while.

Turn the steak to brown it on both sides.

Add 1/2 cup of water to the skillet.

Once the water starts to boil, add broccoli and cover to steam for 3 to 4 minutes.

Serve the steak with jasmine rice and steamed broccoli, garnished with cilantro.
