Instant Pot Sliced Italian Beef and Peppers

Ensure the inner pot lining of the electric pressure cooker is in place.

Add 2 pounds of sliced bottom round steak to the inner pot.

Dump the pre-sliced bell peppers and onions on top of the meat.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of beef bouillon over the top of the vegetables and meat.

Add 1 package of dry Italian seasoning on top.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.

Pour 1 cup of water into the pot to help create steam.

Lock the lid in place and seal the vent.

Set the pressure cooker to manual or pressure cook and cook for 40 minutes.

After cooking, turn off the unit and allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 to 20 minutes.

Carefully turn the vent from sealed to vented to release any remaining pressure.

Unlock the lid and stir the contents to combine.

Serve the dish as is or explore different serving options.
