1/2 cup shredded Queso Blanco
1/2 cup Queso de Papa

Peel the plantains and cut them into chunks.

In a large pot, boil the plantains in salted water until soft, about 15-20 minutes.

Drain the plantains and mash them in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.

In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a baking dish, layer half of the mashed plantains on the bottom.
