4 medium fresh tomatoes

2 tablespoons Jollof seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic & ginger paste
2 seasoning cubes
1 cup vegetable mix (carrots and peas)
1 lb prawns
1 teaspoon salt

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear and set aside.

Blend tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger into a smooth paste.
