1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/2 cup peas
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup tomato sauce

Prepare cooked arborio rice seasoned with whole egg and Parmesan cheese.
