1kg lamb mince with 20% fat
2 medium onions finely sliced (350g)
4 medium fresh tomatoes diced (400g)
500g of potatoes peeled and chopped into small chunky pieces
1/2 cup oil (120ml)
2 pieces of frozen ginger cubes
2 pieces of frozen garlic cubes
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons coriander powder
2 teaspoons deghi mirch
1 teaspoon regular chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 cinnamon stick
3 bay leaves
2 black cardamom pods
1/2 tablespoon garam masala
1 heaped tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves
Fresh coriander to garnish
Water as needed
