Heat 1 cup of oil in a pot
Add 2 medium chopped onions and fry
Add 1 tablespoon crushed garlic and ginger, fry for 2 minutes
Add 1/2 kg mutton mince and fry until browned
Add chopped tomatoes and fry until soft, cover to cook
Add 1 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes
Add 1 tablespoon crushed coriander and spices, cover to cook
Add 2 medium diced potatoes and 1 cup of water, cook until potatoes are tender
Add 1 teaspoon garam masala and cook for 2 more minutes
Serve hot
