4 slices whole meal semolina bread
1/4 cup mixed seeds
1/2 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon dried yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili
1 bay leaf
