Add the remaining flour to the dough and mix until combined.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
After chilling, remove the dough from the fridge and cut it into pieces.
Spread cranberry jam evenly in the baking tray.
Place the pieces of dough over the jam in the baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
Bake the crumble for a little more than 50 minutes.
Let it cool off before cutting.
Remove the crumble from the baking tray after cooling.
