1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).

2

Place a small pot or saucepan on the stovetop and add 3 to 4 cups of water, bringing it to a boil.

3

Prepare cooking bags out of parchment paper.

4

On a chopping board, cut off the dry ends of the asparagus, about 1 to 1.5 inches.

5

Chop 2 to 3 cloves of garlic finely.

6

Slice 2 pieces of lemon.

7

Season the socai salmon generously with sea salt, black pepper, chopped garlic, and a piece of butter.

8

Place the salmon in the parchment paper cooking bag with half of the asparagus, a slice of lemon, and some fresh dill.

9

Fold the edge of the bag twice, crimping it really well.

10

Repeat the process for a second bag and place both bags on a baking sheet.

11

By now, the water should be boiling; add half a pound of baby potatoes and set a timer for 15 minutes.

12

After 5 minutes, place the baking sheet in the oven and set a timer for 10 to 12 minutes for the salmon.

13

When the timer goes off, take the baking sheet out of the oven and carefully open the bag to check the salmon and asparagus.

14

Add some potatoes to your dish and enjoy.
