Take one chipotle sausage and one piece of streaky bacon.
Wrap the bacon around the sausage tightly.
Place the wrapped sausage on a plate and set aside.
Repeat the process until all bacon and sausages are used up.
Cover a baking tray with foil.
Lay all the wrapped sausages on the baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and glaze with honey.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 3 minutes.
Serve during Christmas or as a starter.
