Today, baklava is enjoyed worldwide, with regional variations that include different nuts and spices, making it a beloved treat across cultures.

Knead the baklava dough for 1 hour until it becomes thin strips using a machine.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour before rolling it out thinner by hand.
Sprinkle wheat starch between the dough in a dust cloud form.
Roll out the dough to about 30 centimeters wide and 1 meter long.
After adding 10 layers of dough, gradually expand it.
Roll the dough on a thin long rolling pin, stretching it by bending it with both hands.
If the starch ratio is insufficient, add more starch between each layer of dough.
Continue rolling until the dough reaches about 120 centimeters in length and width.
Prepare finely powdered pistachios in a mixer, making them a little more granular.
Add the fine powdered pistachios to the dough as the first layer.
Prepare baklava cream by adding 100 grams of semolina to 1 kilogram of boiling milk and mixing it until thickened.
After the cream is cooled, add it on top of the pistachios in the dough.
Close the dough and divide it into pieces, shaping the baklava into slices.
Compress the edges after inverting the baklava.
Cut off the excess pieces at the ends with a knife and place them on an aluminum tray.
Prepare 63 slices of baklava in total.
Add butter to the baklava before baking.
Prepare the syrup by adding 15 kilograms of sugar and 7 kilograms of water, boiling for half an hour until ready.
Use thick woods in the stone oven for easy burning, ensuring they turn into embers.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius for baking.
Bake the baklava for an average of 10 to 12 minutes.
Once baked, add the hot syrup over the hot baklava.
After cooling, add more pistachios on top before serving.
