My Famous Baked Mostaccioli Recipe!

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Add the chopped yellow onion and red pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.

Stir in the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional minute.

Add the cream cheese to the meat mixture and stir until melted and well combined.

In a large pot, cook the Mostaccioli or Penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, meat mixture, and pasta sauce. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 baking dish and top with shredded Italian blend cheeses and mozzarella cheese.

Dot the top with butter and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
