1

Trim off the tough bottom stems of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. If any are large, cut those into quarters.

2

Preheat the air fryer to 400° F. Check your manual to see if preheating is necessary for your model.

3

Slice the garlic cloves thinly after peeling off the papery skin.

4

Measure out 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, and 2 teaspoons of soy sauce for the dressing.

5

Place the prepared Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket in a single layer, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Shake the basket gently to coat evenly. Set the air fryer to 400° F for 15 minutes.

6

At the halfway point (around 7-8 minutes), open the basket and shake or stir the Brussels sprouts to ensure even cooking.

7

After 15 minutes, add the sliced garlic to the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer and close it back up. Set the timer for another 2-4 minutes, keeping a close eye on the garlic to prevent burning.

8

While the Brussels sprouts are cooking, make the balsamic dressing by pouring 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan and bringing it to a gentle simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes until it reduces to 2 tablespoons.

9

Remove the pan from heat and whisk in the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, lime juice, and soy sauce until combined and glossy.

10

Carefully remove the air fryer basket and transfer the Brussels sprouts and garlic to a serving platter. Drizzle the balsamic dressing over the top and squeeze additional lime juice if desired.
