2 teaspoons undhiyu masala
2 packets frozen undhiyu mix
2 tablespoons kasuri methi
3-4 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon ajwain
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
a pinch of hing
2 chopped tomatoes
1-2 teaspoons green chutney
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cashews
1-1.5 cups water
