Incorporate the previously sautéed bell peppers and onions into the mixture.
Peel the skin off the pre-baked potato and mash it into the salmon mixture.
Add 1 large egg to the mixture and mix everything until well combined.
Form the mixture into patties, ensuring they are not too thick or thin.
Lightly dust the patties with all-purpose flour to help them hold together.
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat until hot.
Gently place the patties in the skillet, ensuring they sizzle upon contact.
Cook the patties until golden brown, being careful not to cook them too fast to ensure the inside cooks through.
Flip the patties gently to avoid breaking them during cooking.
