Sardines On Horseradish Toast

1 can sardines in olive oil
4 slices of bread (preferably sourdough)
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for drizzling

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

In a small bowl, mix the prepared horseradish with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

Spread the horseradish mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices.

Open the can of sardines and drain the oil.
