Clean bell peppers from seeds and unwanted parts.
Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the peppers on it.
Sprinkle the peppers with vegetable oil and brush them.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Bake the peppers for about 35 minutes until ready.
Place the baked peppers in a bowl and cover tightly with a lid to steam.
Cut onions into feathers and heat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil.
Fry the onions until golden brown.
Cut three tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the frying onions.
Add two teaspoons of tomato paste to the mixture.
Add two spoons of sour cream and about a teaspoon of salt to taste.
Add black pepper and squeeze in three cloves of garlic.
Fry the mixture on low heat for about 3-4 minutes.
Chop and add parsley as a garnish.
