1

Place the half turkey in a deep bowl.

2

In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp ground pepper, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup vegetable oil to prepare the turkey marinade.

3

Rub the marinade all over the turkey.

4

Place the turkey in an oven bag. Insert a cooking thermometer into the thickest part of the turkey.

5

Bake the turkey in a preheated oven at 200°C until the thermometer indicates it's done.

6

For the garnish, place chopped potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, and peppers in a baking dish. Add 1 tsp ground pepper, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp oregano, and 1/2 cup vegetable oil, then bake at 185°C for 30 minutes.

7

On the stove, heat 1 tbsp butter and 1/2 cup olive oil in a pot.

8

Add 3 cups of pre-soaked rice and 1 tsp salt, sautéing until the rice becomes translucent.

9

Stir in 1/2 cup pine nuts.

10

Once the rice is translucent, add 5 cups of boiled water.

11

Add 1/2 cup currants, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp cinnamon, then stir the rice mixture.

12

Cover the pot and let the rice steam until cooked.

13

Once the rice is done, spread it on a tray to create a bed for the turkey.

14

Place the turkey on top and add the garnishes.

15

Finish by sprinkling parsley and pomegranate around the stuffed turkey.
