Preheat your oven to 290°F (140°C).
Spread rolled oats and almonds on a baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Take the tray out of the oven and set it aside.
In a small bowl, combine maple syrup and coconut oil.
In a large bowl, combine raisins, cranberries and desiccated coconut.
Now add toasted oats, almonds and stir well.
Pour maple syrup and oil mixture over dry ingredients and stir well until oats and nuts are evenly coated.
Transfer the prepared mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
Spread evenly, put a baking sheet on top and press down gently with your palm for clumpy granola.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven until edges turn golden brown.
Remove the tray from the oven and let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet. It will harden as it cools.
Break crunchy granola into pieces and store in a clean glass jar.
Enjoy homemade crunchy granola with milk and fresh fruits for breakfast or as a snack.
