Roast Beef Sliders with Dijon Sauce

Dijon mustard

Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally using a serrated knife, breaking them in half for easier slicing.
Place the bottom half of the sliced rolls in an oven-proof baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard to create the sauce.
Spread the sauce evenly over the bottom layer of the rolls in the baking dish.
Layer sliced roast beef evenly on top of the sauce-covered rolls.
Place six slices of cheddar cheese on top of the roast beef, overlapping them slightly.
Place the top half of the rolls on top of the cheese.
Melt a stick of butter in the microwave and mix in two tablespoons of brown sugar until dissolved.
Add one tablespoon of Dijon mustard and one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the butter mixture and stir well.
Add about one and a half tablespoons of poppy seeds to the butter mixture and stir to combine.
Spoon the butter mixture evenly over the top of the assembled sliders.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in a 350°F oven until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warm.
Remove from the oven and cut the sliders individually with a serrated knife.
