Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 475ยฐF (245ยฐC).
- 2Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- 3Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
- 5Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 6Layer the thinly sliced potatoes over the ricotta cheese, overlapping them slightly.
- 7Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the potatoes.
- 8Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- 9Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- 10Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired and serve hot.

Instructions
