Pulse 1 cup of basil and 2 cloves of garlic until finely chopped.
Add 1/2 cup of unroasted unsalted cashews and lemon zest to the basil and garlic and chop until a doughy cashew crumble forms.
In a bowl, combine the cashew mixture with 2 pounds of ground pork and 2 pounds of ground beef.
Season the mixture with 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
Add 2 tablespoons of arrowroot to the meat mixture and mix well with hands until combined.
Form the meat mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the oven at a high temperature for 20 minutes until browned.
Lower the oven temperature to 325°F and pour 32 ounces of marinara sauce over the meatballs.
Return the meatballs to the oven and bake until the sauce is bubbly and the meatballs are tender, about 40 to 45 minutes.
Garnish the meatballs with parsley and extra basil before serving.
