Boil 6 eggs in cold water for about 4 minutes, then place them in an ice bath.
Chop 1/2 onion and fry it in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil until slightly brown.
Add 1 clove of chopped garlic to the onion and let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef, the fried onion and garlic, 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 1 egg, vegetable seasoning (or salt), and black ground pepper.
Mix the ingredients until well combined.
Wet your hands and take a portion of the meat mixture, forming it into a pancake.
Place a boiled egg in the center of the pancake and wrap the meat around it, ensuring it is sealed completely.
Wrap each meatball with a piece of bacon and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven at 325°F for 35 to 45 minutes, checking for doneness until they are nice and golden.
Cut one meatball lengthwise to show the inside.
