1

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.

2

Chop 5 cloves of garlic and a thumb-sized piece of ginger.

3

In a mixing bowl, combine the goat meat with steak sauce, oregano, black pepper (about half a teaspoon), garlic salt, and 1 Rico cube.

4

Add 2 tablespoons of steak sauce or tomato sauce, and a little bit of soy sauce for color.

5

Mix everything together evenly to ensure all parts of the meat are flavored.

6

Transfer the meat mixture to a baking tin, spreading it evenly.

7

Place the baking tin in the oven and cook for 40 minutes total, starting with 25 minutes on all-round heat with a fan.

8

After 25 minutes, add a little vegetable oil to the meat to prevent it from drying out, then switch to the grill function without the fan for the remaining 15 minutes.

9

Check the meat after the grilling process to ensure it is cooked and browned properly.
