Take some ground beef and add a mixture of spices, garlic, and onions.
Drizzle with olive oil and water, then mix thoroughly.

Immerse the meatballs in heavily boiling seasoned water.
Cook the meatballs for 18 minutes, then remove them from the boiling water.
Let the cooking water continue boiling until it thickens, then cover the meatballs with the sauce.
