Seafood Boil with Spicy Garlic Butter Cajun Sauce

Clean up the workspace after chopping the vegetables.
Mix the potatoes and corn with olive oil, pepper, Cajun seasoning, salt, and garlic powder until well coated.
Place the seasoned potatoes and corn in a steamer and put them on the smoker, leaving some foil uncovered for smoke to enter.
Prepare the scallops by seasoning them with salt and pepper, and refrigerate them to dry out before cooking.
Make the spicy Cajun lemon butter by melting butter and adding garlic, chili powder, salt, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and lemon juice.
Remove the crab meat from the shells and poach it in the butter mixture.
Brown the sausages in a skillet before adding them to the smoker.
Cook the scallops separately in a skillet with butter and lemon juice, being careful not to overcook them.
Add the shrimp to the pan on the smoker and cook until done.
Pull everything off the smoker and serve.
