1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Whole Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Evaporated Milk or Whole Milk
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Cup Mini Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and egg. Mix well.

Add the vanilla extract and stir until combined.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, salt, and baking soda.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
