Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Take the picanha and do not wash it.
Place the picanha with the fat side up on a baking tray.
Cover the picanha with aluminum foil, ensuring the matte side is facing out.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.
After 2.5 hours, remove the aluminum foil to allow the picanha to brown for 10-15 minutes.
Once browned, remove from the oven and slice the picanha.
