Heat up a wok over medium-high heat.

Add in some olive oil.

Add in dried garlic pieces to flavor the oil.

Once the pan is hot, add in the cauliflower, ensuring all pieces are broken up.

Start stir frying the cauliflower rice.

If water develops on the bottom of the pan, move the cauliflower to the outside and scoop out the water.

Continue stir frying until the cauliflower rice is nice and hot.

Season with salt.
