4 medium tomatoes, pureed
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cream

Cut 500 g of boneless chicken into medium-sized pieces.

Marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 0.5 cup yogurt, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 0.5 tsp cumin powder, 0.5 tsp coriander powder, 0.5 tsp turmeric powder, 0.5 lemon juice, 1 tbsp oil, and salt to taste for at least 30 minutes.

Add a few drops of red color to the marinade and mix well.

Skewer the marinated chicken pieces and set aside the remaining marinade for later use.

Heat a pan and add oil, then add cardamom, bay leaf, and cloves.

Add 2 chopped medium onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and stir.

Add 0.5 tsp turmeric powder, 0.5 tsp cumin powder, 0.5 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, and 1 tsp garam masala, mixing well.

Add the reserved marinade and a little water to the pan, mixing thoroughly.

Add 4 pureed medium tomatoes and let the mixture cook until it thickens.

Check the seasoning and add more salt if needed.

Once the mixture is simmering, add the marinated chicken and mix well for 1-2 minutes.

Let it simmer for 2 minutes, then add 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp cream.

Add kasuri methi and mix well, allowing it to simmer for 1 minute.

Turn off the flame when the gravy is rich and thick.
