1 large onion
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen sweet corn
1 cup broccoli, chopped

1 lb goat meat
2 ripe plantains
1 cup cassava, cubed
2 eggs

Preheat the Saladmaster pan.

Fry the fish in the Saladmaster pan without oil.

Cook goat meat with tomatoes, chili, onions, and carrots in the Saladmaster pan on medium heat.

Pour water into the pan for cooking yam, leaving the skin on for nutrients.

Cook yam in the Saladmaster pan on medium heat.
