Arrange the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) on convection setting.
Put the salmon in the oven for 10-12 minutes until almost fully cooked.
Remove the salmon from the oven and check for doneness; look for white proteins coming out of the side.
Apply a coat of glaze over the salmon fillets.
Return the salmon to the oven for an additional 2 minutes to let the glaze set.
Transfer the salmon to a baking dish with a raised grate lined with aluminum foil.
Use a fish spatula to carefully lift the salmon fillets.
Soak up any juices with a paper towel and fold the aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Add another coat of glaze over the salmon fillets.
Use a kitchen torch to brown the outside of the salmon, or broil for a minute if a torch is not available.
