Peel the large russet potato and slice it into 1 to 2 inch cubes.
Place the diced potatoes in a large pot and add hot water until covered.
Turn the stove on medium heat and add a generous amount of salt, stirring to dissolve.
Add 2 chicken bouillon cubes and stir to combine.
Cook the potatoes until fork tender, checking for doneness by inserting a fork.
Drain the potatoes and add cream and half a stick of butter, mashing together over low heat.
Season the mashed potatoes with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
Cut the lightly smoked salmon into portions, removing the skin as desired.
Season the salmon with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder on both sides.
Preheat the oven to 375°F and drizzle olive oil in a baking pan to prevent sticking.
Transfer the seasoned salmon to the baking pan and drizzle a little more olive oil on top.
In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of honey, Jack Daniels whiskey, low sodium soy sauce, a pinch of red chili flakes, grated garlic, grated ginger, and a little lemon juice.
Add about a tablespoon of butter to the glaze mixture and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Brush the glaze over the salmon in a padding motion to avoid rubbing off the seasoning.
Bake the salmon in the oven at 375°F for about 12 to 15 minutes.
Prepare to blanch the broccolini by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil.
Trim the ends of the broccolini and add it to the boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove the broccolini and place it in a bowl of cold water with ice cubes to stop the cooking process.
In a skillet, melt about a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of avocado oil over medium-low heat.
Grate one clove of garlic and add it to the skillet, cooking for about a minute.
Add the blanched broccolini to the skillet, seasoning with slap your Mama seasoning and black pepper to taste.
Cook the broccolini for about a minute or two on each side until slightly browned.
Add fresh Parmesan cheese to the broccolini before serving.
