1

In a large plate, take 500 grams of all-purpose flour.

2

Add 0.5 teaspoon salt and warm water gradually while kneading until a smooth dough forms.

3

Cover the dough with oil to prevent it from drying out and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

4

After resting, divide the dough into equal portions and round them into balls.

5

Roll each ball into a flat circle as thin as possible.

6

Spread melted ghee on the rolled dough and sprinkle some dry flour on top.

7

Sprinkle kalonji on top of the dough.

8

Fold the dough tightly to create layers and press it down.

9

Rest the folded dough for another 10-15 minutes.

10

In a bowl, beat 5 eggs and mix in 0.5 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper, chopped green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves.

11

Take one piece of dough, flatten it slightly, and roll it out into a slightly thick paratha.

12

Heat a cast iron skillet over low to medium flame and place the rolled paratha on it.

13

Cook until the bottom is dry, then flip it over and cook the other side.

14

Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the egg mixture on top of the paratha and lower the flame to prevent burning.

15

Brush oil on the egg mixture and press down lightly while cooking until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
