1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

2

For the crust, combine 4 cups of bread flour, 1 package of active dry yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of kosher salt in a stand mixer.

3

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 and a half cups of warm water, then mix until a dough forms.

4

Flour a clean surface and knead the dough.

5

Form the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl, covering it with plastic wrap. Allow it to sit for one hour.

6

To make the sauce, combine 6 ounces of warm water, 1 can of tomato paste, 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste, mixing well.

7

Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of marjoram, 1/4 teaspoon of dried basil, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the sauce and mix well. Allow the sauce to sit for 30 minutes before using.

8

After one hour, the dough will have doubled in size. Remove it from the bowl, knead it again, and separate it into two halves. Cover with plastic wrap and allow it to rest for at least 10 minutes.

9

After 10 minutes, roll one of the dough balls out and place it on a baking pan. Use a fork to poke several holes in the dough to prevent bubbling.

10

Top the rolled dough with the sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Add pepperoni and sausage, followed by olives, onions, and bell peppers.

11

Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
