1 can beef consomme

2 tablespoons avocado oil

Wash and clean the chicken gizzards thoroughly.

Boil the gizzards in water, then pour off the water to cleanse them.

Cover the gizzards with fresh water and add salt, black pepper, and thyme to taste.

Chop the boiled gizzards into small pieces after they are tender.

Heat approximately 2 tablespoons of avocado oil in a pot.

Add chopped onions to the pot and sauté for about 5 minutes until soft.

Add chopped green bell pepper to the pot and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle black pepper over the sautéed vegetables, about half a teaspoon.

Add the chopped gizzards to the pot and mix well with the vegetables.

Pour in 1 can of beef consomme and beef broth, mixing thoroughly.
