Add 280 g of warm milk to a bowl.

Add 14 g of dry instant yeast and 50 g of sugar to the warm milk and mix together.

Add 200 g of white sonora flour to the mixture and mix well.

Set the mixture aside for an hour to let it rise.

Soak 100 g each of dried cherries, cranberries, and currants in 200 g of orange juice.

In a separate bowl, add 9 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks and whip together on low speed.

Add 200 g of melted butter, 200 g of sugar, and 3 g of salt to the egg mixture and mix.

Add about 1 tablespoon of vanilla paste (or extract) to the mixture and mix again.

Switch to a hook attachment and add the risen preferment to the egg mixture, mixing together.

Add 700 g of flour (400 g white sonora flour and 300 g red rose flour) to the mixture and combine until the dough is sticky.

Leave the dough in a warm place for another hour to double in size.

Prepare a paper mold for baking using parchment paper, creating a bottom and sides.

Add the soaked dried fruits to the dough and mix well.

Set the dough aside to rise for about 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 250°F.

Bake for 15 minutes at 250°F, then increase the temperature to 320°F and bake for another 30 minutes.

Let the bread cool before frosting.
