Deglaze with Irish whiskey.

Add remaining ingredients except for parsley.

Once thickened, remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.

Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt.

Add both grated and smashed potatoes, bacon, shallots, and buttermilk.

Form 6 oz patties.

Using a black cast iron pan on medium-high heat, add the rendered bacon fat and garlic butter to brown the patties on both sides, making sure to fry them crispy.

Fill a glass with ice, add all ingredients except soda, and shake.

Top with soda and garnish with rainbow gummies.
