Rinse millet under cold water to remove impurities and drain.
Pour enough water over the millet to cover it completely and let it soak for 30 to 45 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, add 12 oz of sour cream, 12 oz of evaporated milk, and 14 oz of condensed milk.
Add 2 packs of vanilla sugar and 1 teaspoon of nutmeg to the milk mixture.
Add 1/4 cup of sugar and mix until smooth using a hand mixer or whisk.
Refrigerate the milk mixture while working on the millet.
Microwave the soaked millet for about 4 minutes, covered.
Add 2 tbsp of butter to the millet and stir well.
Microwave again for 2 more minutes until the butter is melted and millet is tender.
Gradually add the prepared millet to the milk mixture, stirring continuously to ensure even distribution.
Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least an hour until thoroughly chilled.
