Cook 400 grams of elbow macaroni to al dente according to package instructions, adding 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt and a little bit of oil.
Turn off the fire and drain the macaroni.
Cut 1 cup of cheddar cheese into small cubes.
In a large mixing bowl, pour in 1 can of condensed milk (300ml) and 1 can of thick cream (250ml).
Add 470ml of mayonnaise and stir until well incorporated.
Add 1 can of fruit cocktail (drained to about 500 grams), 1 bottle of Nata de coco (300 grams), and 1 bottle of Kaong (300 grams) to the bowl and mix.
Add the cooked elbow macaroni and cheddar cheese to the mixture and gently toss until all the macaroni is covered with the creamy sweet sauce mixture.
Cover or transfer to a container with a lid and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to allow the macaroni to absorb the sauce.
