Sift the flour to make it fluffy.
Add salt and sugar to the sifted flour.
Add the egg yolks and water to the mixture.
Mix in the room temperature butter until all ingredients are combined.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until well combined.
Dissolve the yeast in water and add it to the dough; knead again until integrated.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes until it doubles in size.
Divide the dough into three portions.
Take one portion of dough and shape it into a rectangle about 1 cm high.
Fold one part of the dough to form a 'B' shape.
Roll it out to form a stick and cut into equal parts.
Place on a baking tray and let it ferment for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Lower the oven temperature to 130°C (266°F) and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
